Weather has started getting warmer now! Last year it was pretty cold around this time of year. Although it snowed a little yesterday but the temperature is still comfortable. It fluctutaes by more than 13 degrees in a day. I am tired of staying inside and hanging around the closed malls. Just can't wait to go into the green nature!
Also planning to start some gardening now.I have already sowed seeds in small pots inside the house.Some vegetables like tomatoes(Italians are famous for growing tomatoes and making delicious sauces),green chillies( I like spicy and hot food),broccoli,red peppers,spinach,beets etc.
I always try if I can incude green leafy vegetables in my diet.Best way is to go for soups.Women are mostly deficient in iron and so grumble of fatigue,pains,laziness etc. Beet root and its leaves,spinach,parsley they are very good source of iron,vitamin C,vitamin K,potassium,mangnese and many many other nutrients. I will try to write soon on some nutrients that are essential in daily diet and how to consume them on natural basis instead of taking as a supplement. Till then cheers!!
